Shipping policy

Free Shipping on ALL Orders
Tracking information and secure checkout are provided for every purchase.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, customs policies, or carrier restrictions in certain regions.

2. Processing Time

We do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via YunExpress (YunTu International Logistics, Air Freight) to provide safe and reliable delivery.
You can track your shipment on the official YunExpress tracking website: YunTrack.

4. Shipping Time

In most cases, orders are delivered within 10–15 business days.
In some circumstances, delivery may take 15–25 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier operations, or peak shipping periods.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen delays.

5. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
Tracking details are normally sent by email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

You can also track your order at any time using your tracking number on our tracking page.

6. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order more than one item, we will do our best to ship everything together. However, in some cases, items may be shipped separately depending on product availability, packaging, or shipping arrangements. If this happens, you will receive a separate shipment notification for each package.

7. Incorrect Address Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the package has been shipped.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer and the package is lost or cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for the resulting loss.

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur during transit. If your package appears delayed or you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

9. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
