Engineering Validation Test
During the EVT phase, we moved beyond basic 3D printing, using precision CNC machining and prototype tooling to build production-accurate structures and fully functional EVT prototypes.

Phase of DVT
Design Validation Test
During the DVT phase, the earphone’s circuitry was optimized with carefully selected chipsets and components. The structure was refined to improve sound quality and wearing comfort, followed by comprehensive testing, including extended playback, environmental testing, and reliability validation.
Performance of Marketing
H700: Kickstarter Debut
2025 marked our first Kickstarter launch with H700. The response exceeded expectations, proving there’s real demand for audio that blends fashion, comfort, and performance.

Production Validation Test
The final design moved into pilot production using real manufacturing processes and materials. Each unit was carefully assembled and inspected to ensure consistent quality, performance, and reliability.
